TC began cruising on November 5, 2012 on the Carnival Triumph. He has taken 20 cruises, including being on the very first cruise out of America after Covid-19 restrictions lifted. He spent those years looking for the best cruise deals and exploring various Caribbean and Bahamas ports.
After the Covid-19 struggle, he began hosting LGBT meetups on board in order to attract fellow cruisers to meet and learn about each other’s lives and travels. It took little time to realize that he enjoyed meeting people from around the world with similar interests.
He began his first travel company, Island Home Adventures, shortly after. However, after a few travel incidents with the hosting company, he decided to take a step back and allow his contract to expire.
After that day, TC shopped for other hosting companies and found Avoya Travel Academy. Juggling his day job and education was not an easy task, but in the end, he passed his final exam with a 99% and added a few more letters after his name.
TC hopes to build a new career hosting group cruises, bringing both past friends he’s made on the cruises together with the new friends he cannot wait to meet.
